Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by One Stop Makeovers (OSM), founded and operated by Nahush Pise, specializing in prosthetic makeup, SFX makeup, body painting, and related services for film, television, advertising, and events. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by individuals or organizations who are 18 years of age or older and involved in professional or commercial production work (e.g., film, TV, events, advertising). By using this site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Services Offered

OSM provides customized makeup solutions including but not limited to:

  • Prosthetic Makeup (character design, aging, fantasy creatures, etc.)

  • SFX Makeup (injuries, burns, blood effects, etc.)

  • Body Painting (thematic, character-based, promotional)

  • On-location and studio-based application

  • Pre-production design consultations

All services are subject to availability, prior bookings, and written agreements or quotations.

Payments & Bookings

  • All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment or deposit as agreed upon in the project quotation.

  • Full payment must be made on or before the project delivery or shoot date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment modes accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, or other methods discussed during booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All original prosthetic designs, makeup concepts, molds, and visual content created by OSM remain the intellectual property of OSM unless explicitly transferred in writing. Use of behind-the-scenes content or final looks for marketing or educational purposes may be done by OSM, with reasonable credit to the production where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear briefs, references, or mood boards in advance

  • Inform of any skin allergies or sensitivities before makeup application

  • Ensure safe and hygienic working conditions for on-location work

  • Respect time schedules and communicate changes promptly

Modifications to Services or Content

OSM reserves the right to change or discontinue any part of the services or website content without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update pricing, service offerings, or policies as needed.

Limitation of Liability

While we take the highest precautions in product use and application techniques, OSM is not liable for:

  • Skin reactions not previously disclosed by the client

  • Delays caused by third-party factors (e.g., production team issues, location access)

  • Losses due to cancellations or schedule changes made by the client

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for clients who engage in abusive, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior during the course of the project or booking process.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
